Terms of Service

1. The Service

YukonPages (studio.goyukon.ca) is a hosted website builder operated by Go Yukon. Free community study bots (including the Driver's License assistant) are part of the Service. By creating an account, using a study bot, or publishing a page, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ownership of the Platform

YukonPages, its software, source code, AI systems, templates, design system, and infrastructure are owned exclusively by Go Yukon Technologies Inc. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service to create and host landing pages subject to these Terms. You do not acquire ownership of our code, designs, or platform.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of text, images, and business information you provide. You grant Go Yukon a licence to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service (including AI generation). You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Hosted Pages

Free pages are hosted on Go Yukon infrastructure (e.g. yourname.sites.goyukon.ca). We may display "Built with YukonPages" branding on free plans. Custom domains and add-ons are subject to separate paid terms.

5. HTML / Design Export (Optional Purchase)

If offered, a static HTML export of your page layout may be purchased separately. Export does not include ownership of the YukonPages platform, AI system, or underlying templates — only a licensed copy of your rendered page content. Contact admin@goyukon.ca for export pricing.

6. Paid Add-ons

Optional features (custom domain, commerce links, QR codes, etc.) are billed in CAD via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Canadian law. We may change pricing with notice.

7. Acceptable Use

See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove pages that violate law or these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Community study bots are educational aids only — not legal, medical, or official government advice. Answers are generated from reference materials and AI; always verify with Yukon Highways & Public Works or other official sources before relying on them for licensing exams or other decisions. Go Yukon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law in British Columbia and Canada.
